Nima is not just ordinary music teacher, his passion and love for music inspire his students (my 7 and 10 year old). Nima's encouragement gives my children confidence in this field. Nima allows my children to explore their curiosity and experiment with composing music.
For beginner students I use the Christoper Parkening and Suzuki method.I find this progressive methods to be well thought out, inspiring, and fun for the students. As my guitar students develop I take a more individual approach to meet their interests, goals, and abilities.

Performance Opportunities & Exams
Guitar student concerts are held three times a year (November, March and June), and all students are invited to perform. Students are also encouraged to take exams through the Royal Conservatory of Music and local students can participate in the Greater Victoria Performing Arts Festival.
I waited a long time to take guitar lessons. When I decided to finally play I found Nima. He has been patient and encouraging. He has challenged me at times telling me he knows I can do it. I love to play my guitar and will always be thankful for the love of guitar Nima has passed on to me.
